What is a free preview?

We’re still building the Astro web and mobile apps. When they’re ready in 2023, we’ll release them to customers who have signed up for Astro. We’re calling this first release a preview because you’ll be able to download and use Astro before the general public.

How much does Astro cost?

There’s a reason there’s no pricing information on this page! While we are in preview, Astro is free.

I have more than one clinic. How does Astro handle that?

We’ve got you covered! Astro can accommodate more than one clinic. 

How can I provide early feedback on the product?

What is the Astro Community?

Any clinic owner, operations manager, or practice manager can join the Astro Community. You’ll be able to provide us with ongoing feedback and an early look at the product – and every time you do, the coffee is on us!

Is client and pet data secure?

Yes. Astro benefits from extensive security services from our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition, Astro meets the standards for SOC-2 compliance from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

Do you sell pet or clinic data?

Absolutely not. Astro uses your data to make our services better, but we’ll never sell your data without your consent. In the future, we may ask your permission to license anonymous data from your clinic to further research and faster cures for medical conditions, but we’re not there yet, and the opt-in process will be clearly communicated.
